ARC Raiders Soul's Offering: All 4 Stages and Materials
Every Soul's Offering stage in ARC Raiders: the 58 items you need, where to find the rare trinkets, how to finish the Santa Maria Houses firework and what you get.
ARC Raiders Soul's Offering is the limited-time project Embark added with Live Update 2.3.0 on October 27, 2026, and it closes on November 16, 2026. It has four stages: three hand-ins that need 58 items in total, then a firework on the roof of the Santa Maria Houses in Buried City. Finish all four and you keep a Vulcano I, a Torrente II, a stack of weapon mods, the Pilgrim backpack and the Offering Display Table design.
When Soul's Offering runs and who can do it
Soul's Offering is a temporary project. Embark's patch notes frame it as a remembrance event: Celeste asks Speranza to honor Raiders lost topside, and each of three Toledo contradas builds its own shrine. In practice that means one project card in your Projects tab with four stages that must be finished in order.
Projects unlock permanently at Raider level 20, and you can work on several at once, so Soul's Offering runs alongside Sheltered Retreat and the Trophy Display. The wiki lists a 20-day window ending November 16, 2026. After that you can no longer hand in materials or claim rewards, so anything left unfinished is lost.
All four Soul's Offering stages and rewards
Here is every hand-in and every reward. The item counts add up to 58 across the first three stages, and Stage 4 asks for no items at all.
ARC Raiders Soul's Offering stages (checked Oct 31, 2026)
| Stage | What you hand in or do | Rewards |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Construct Vaulto's Offering | 1 Dead Flowers, 2 Rock Salt, 15 ARC Alloy, 1 Expired Respirator (19 items) | Stiletto II, Extended Barrel I, Angled Grip II, Stable Stock II |
| 2. Construct Ferrovia's Offering | 3 Dead Flowers, 2 Railway Lantern, 15 Advanced ARC Powercell, 10 Remote Raider Flare (30 items) | Torrente II, Compensator III, Extended Medium Mag III, Stable Stock III |
| 3. Construct Murteta's Offering | 2 Fancy Plate, 1 Mask Fragment, 1 Insulation Roll, 5 Fertilizer (9 items) | Vulcano I, Shotgun Silencer, Extended Shotgun Mag III, 3 Fireworks Box |
| 4. Honor The Fallen | Set off a firework on the rooftop of the Santa Maria Houses | Pilgrim backpack, Offering Display Table design |
Stage 2 is the longest grind by volume, but Stage 3 is the real wall. The Fancy Plate and Mask Fragment are Epic trinkets, and you need three of them in total. Start watching for them from your first raid instead of waiting until Stage 2 is done.
Where to find every Soul's Offering material
Embark has not published spawn locations, so this table combines the wiki's item tags with what players are reporting. Tags like Old World and Residential describe the type of container or area the item drops in, not one fixed spot.
Soul's Offering materials: rarity and where to look
| Item | Needed | Where to look |
|---|---|---|
| Dead Flowers | 4 (Stages 1 and 2) | Uncommon trinket. Wiki tags: Old World, Residential and Commercial areas. |
| Rock Salt | 2 | Uncommon trinket with no location tag yet. Players find it in general loot, so search every container on residential routes. |
| ARC Alloy | 15 | Drops from destroyed ARC machines. Easy to stack on any map while you hunt the trinkets. |
| Expired Respirator | 1 | Tagged Medical. Check medical bags and clinics. |
| Railway Lantern | 2 | Rare trinket with no location tag yet. Rail yards and stations are the natural places to start, but this is not confirmed. |
| Advanced ARC Powercell | 15 | Dropped by larger ARC such as the Bastion, Bombardier, Leaper, Rocketeer and Sentinel. |
| Remote Raider Flare | 10 | Common quick-use item. Community guides list it at Shani and as a Utility Station craft once you know the blueprint. |
| Fancy Plate | 2 | Epic trinket, Old World tag. Player reports point to old houses in Buried City and Pendola Pass. |
| Mask Fragment | 1 | Epic trinket, Old World tag. Same areas as the Fancy Plate; at least one player found theirs on Pendola Pass. |
| Insulation Roll | 1 | Epic recyclable. Found as random loot and in Raider caches; the wiki lists a Refiner recipe from Fabric. |
| Fertilizer | 5 | Nature item. Garden beds and greenhouses, for example on Blue Gate and around the Dam Battlegrounds swamp and domes. |
The five new trinkets (Dead Flowers, Rock Salt, Railway Lantern, Fancy Plate and Mask Fragment) have no recycling output. The only thing you can do with a spare is sell it, so keep them in your stash until the project is done.
How to finish Stage 4: Honor The Fallen
The last stage is a short in-raid task, and Stage 3 already gives you the three Fireworks Boxes you need. Here is the safest way to do it.
- Claim the Stage 3 rewards and put one Fireworks Box in your loadout. Bring a second one in case you get interrupted.
- Queue into Buried City and head for the Santa Maria Houses in the Old Town district.
- Climb to the rooftop, check the stairwells for other Raiders and clear any ARC that can see you.
- Place and trigger the Fireworks Box on the roof. The stage should tick over as soon as the firework goes off.
- Extract or keep looting. The stage counts when the objective fires, but extracting keeps the rest of your kit safe.
Some players report also needing to deal 300 damage to ARC near the Santa Maria Houses. The wiki only lists the firework, so treat that as unconfirmed, but if the stage does not complete, shoot a few nearby ARC before you leave.
The fastest route through the project
You do not have to finish one stage before you start collecting for the next. Gather in parallel and the project goes much faster.
- Every raid: shoot ARC for ARC Alloy and Advanced ARC Powercells. Bigger ARC drop the Powercells, so take the Leaper or Rocketeer fights you would usually skip.
- Residential loot runs: sweep houses and apartments for Dead Flowers, Rock Salt and the Expired Respirator. You need four Dead Flowers in total, so do not hand in the first one and stop looking.
- Old World buildings: look for the Fancy Plate and Mask Fragment from day one. They are the bottleneck, and every raid you spend before you start looking for them is time you lose.
- Garden beds: pick up Fertilizer whenever you pass a greenhouse. Five is a small number, but they do not drop in normal houses.
- Flares: buy or craft the 10 Remote Raider Flares between raids instead of looting them. That is the cheapest item to cover with coins.
Are the Soul's Offering rewards worth it?
Yes, especially for newer level 20 Raiders. Three stages each give a weapon plus three or four mods, so the project quietly kits out a full loadout.
- Weapons: a Stiletto II, a Torrente II and a Vulcano I. The Vulcano I alone justifies Stage 3 if you like shotguns.
- Mods: Compensator III, Extended Medium Mag III and Stable Stock III are high-tier attachments you would otherwise need to craft. See our best attachments guide for where they fit.
- Cosmetics: the Pilgrim backpack and the Offering Display Table design are limited to this event, so they will not come back on a normal loot table.
- Fireworks: the three Fireworks Boxes from Stage 3 cover Stage 4 and leave two spare for fun.
The display table design matters most if you have unlocked the Outpost. Our ARC Raiders Outpost guide covers how furniture designs and the Outpost rooms work.
Mistakes that cost players the project
- Selling trinkets early. Dead Flowers, Rock Salt and Railway Lanterns look like vendor trash. They are project items until November 16.
- Leaving Stage 3 until the last weekend. The two Epic trinkets can take many raids to find. Start looking in week one.
- Forgetting the firework. If you use or sell all three Fireworks Boxes before Stage 4, you need to buy or craft another one.
- Trusting the wrong end date. Guides list November 15 or 16. Go by the timer in your Projects tab and aim to finish a day early.
- Dying with the trinkets. Hand in each stage as soon as it is complete so a bad raid cannot cost you an Epic trinket.
