CFNBoost operates cfnboost.com under the CFNBoost trading name. For a privacy request, email support@cfnboost.com. We may need proportionate information to verify ownership of the account or order before sharing private data or making a change.

We process the information you supply when creating an account, configuring or buying a service, submitting a review, applying to become a PRO, or contacting support. This can include your email, account details, selected service and options, relevant character or delivery details, order messages, and payment references/status. Access arrangements are required only for services that need them. Do not send payment-wallet recovery phrases or unrelated sensitive information.

We also use technical information needed for secure login, private guest access, cart operation, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. Payment processing happens through the provider shown at checkout; CFNBoost does not request wallet private keys.

We separately count successful public-page requests at our server, including requests when you choose Only necessary. This counter uses no cookies or browser storage and records no IP address, account or session identifier, page URL, referrer, or browsing history. It keeps a cumulative request total, aggregate daily totals for up to 30 days, and recent minute totals to show site activity. It does not identify visitors or send these counts to Google. Existing security logs are separate from this counter.

We use this information to manage accounts and orders, confirm payments, coordinate fulfillment, answer support requests, provide requested recovery links and transactional messages, prevent misuse, handle refunds and disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Optional analytics is used only when you allow it. Marketing messages require a separate applicable permission; buying a service does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.

Authorized staff and assigned PROs receive the information needed for their work. Hosting, email, and payment providers process information required to operate their services. Our hosting and mailbox are supplied through Hostinger, and the enabled crypto payment integration uses NOWPayments. We may disclose relevant records when required by applicable law or to address fraud or a dispute. We do not sell customer contact details.

When allowed, Google Analytics receives the limited visit, purchase and public-page performance information described in our Cookies Policy, including loading speed, interaction responsiveness and layout stability. If you separately allow Advertising Measurement, Google Analytics and our linked Google Ads account can also use Google ad click identifiers and these measurements to attribute purchases to ads. Advertising personalization remains disabled. Our integration does not send checkout email, Discord handle, character details, order notes, chats, or credentials to Google. Private account, admin, support, and order workspace pages are excluded.

Cloudflare provides DNS, network delivery, and security services for this website. It processes technical request information needed to deliver and protect site traffic. A link to our public Trustpilot profile lets you read or submit independent feedback on Trustpilot under its own privacy policy; clicking that link does not automatically send your order or chat details to Trustpilot.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the relevant service, manage account history, resolve disputes, and satisfy applicable requirements. Different records can have different retention needs. Our current platform does not have a general automatic deletion rule for order and audit history; contact us to review a specific request.

Access controls, encrypted connections, and protected backups help safeguard information. No system can promise absolute security. Backups can retain information separately from live records until the backup expires. Providers can process data in countries other than yours under their own applicable safeguards.

You can change optional cookie preferences, request access or correction, and ask us to review deletion or another applicable privacy right. Some records may need to be retained for an unresolved order, fraud prevention, legal requirements, or disputes. We explain any limitation relevant to your request.
